Sridhar is a farmer with 8 acres (4 acres cotton; 4 acres Green Gram). He lives in Agar village in Maharashtra and is married with 4 children. The Fairtrade premium (bonus) the community receives bought cows last year and this year they will repair the roads going down to the farms and as there was a drought this year they will develop drinking water units and bore a well.
