First Class Mail (Standard)

'Standard' delivery for orders under £100: Most items delivered by the Royal Mail's First Class delivery service will arrive the day after it has been despatched.

Royal Mail's Special Delivery service is used for our 'next day' and 'before nine' delivery options.

Orders placed using our 'before nine' delivery option will be delivered using the Royal Mail's Special Delivery 9.00am™ service.

Orders placed using our 'next day' delivery option will be delivered using the Royal Mail's Special Delivery Next Day™ service.
